Parental Leave Should be Permanent

I'm about to start my last of 4 consecutive weeks of parental leave (then I'll be doing intermittent weeks off). It's awesome. I'm legitimately considering a sabbatical from work during my kids' younger years for more of these "good ol' days" vibes. Last couple of days have been fun, difficult, and sweet.
